Easter: (9" cheesecake, available only when "Peeps" chicks are sold in stores!): 32oz of cream cheese filling, flavored with your choice of plain, blueberry or strawberry (we blend fresh fruits into the filling for our flavors.) Then it's topped with a cream cheese frosting and...Peeps!

Easter: (9" cheesecake, available year 'round): This is a three-tiered cheesecake. 2 layers of moist carrot cake surround a 16oz layer of cheesecake, with a topping of cream cheese frosting. Perfect for Easter, but great anytime at all!

4th of July: (9" cheesecake, available year 'round): Triple-layer cheesecake. 16oz of New York cheesecake is surrounded by red and blue layers of moist vanilla cake and topped with cream cheese frosting, blueberry/frosting "stars" and frosting "stripes." A great way to celebrate Independence Day, fireworks and cookouts!

"The State Fair"

State Fair: (9" cheesecake, available year 'round): A cinnamon graham crust is filled with apple pie filling and 24oz of cheesecake batter, then topped with a layer of Kraft caramel and a brown sugar crisp. Perfect for the Fall, celebrating the arrival of the Fair, or anytime at all!

"The Graveyard Shift"

Halloween: (9" cheesecake, available only when "Gummi" monsters and the Wilton Gravestone Kits are available. This is a triple layer cheesecake, with two layers of moist vanilla cake (colored orange) surrounding 16oz of cheesecake batter (colored green). It's topped off with cream cheese frosting, chocolate chip cookie "dirt" on the sides, Oreo "dirt" on the top, with assorted ghouls, candy bones and gravestones. All edible! This is a MONSTER cheesecake, and a truly "chilling" experience!

"Devil's Delight"

Halloween: (9" cheesecake, available year 'round): This is a triple layer cheesecake, with two layers of moist Devil's Food Cake surrounding another layer of 16oz of cheesecake, with fudge frosting throughout. It's then topped with more fudge frosting for the ultimate finish. Despite the name, it's a heavenly cheesecake experience!

Thanksgiving: (9" cheesecake, available year 'round): This is a double-layered cheesecake, with one layer of regular cheesecake batter over a crushed Nabisco Ginger Snaps crust, and another layer of pumpkin pie cheesecake on top of that. Topped with whipped cream and pecans. Save some room at Thanksgiving dinner for this one! (If you're not a fan of ginger snaps, this can be changed to a cinnamon graham crust...just let us know!)

Christmas: (9" cheesecake, available year 'round): A gingerbread cheesecake! We make a fresh Nabisco gingersnap cookie crust and fill it with a cheesecake batter with hints of ginger, nutmeg, cinnamon, cloves, molasses and brown sugar. Topped with white icing and gingerbread cookies. Great for the holidays!

New York-Style Cheesecake

The mother of all cheesecakes! We take 2 pounds of cream cheese, add the ingredients and bake it into a pecan sandy cookie crust (this crust DOES have nuts; if you'd like a graham crust instead, please let us know!) This is a LOT of cheesecake, and it'll definitely be a hit with you and your guests. Add a fruit topping (cherry, blueberry, strawberry) for an additional $5.00

Double Chocolate Italian Cheesecake

PREMIUM (9" cheesecake): 16oz of BelGioiso Mascarpone cheese is blended with another 16 ounces of Philly cream cheese, then halved. One half of the mixture is blended with Hershey's semi-sweet chocolate, and the other half is blended with Hershey's white chocolate, giving you two levels of flavor. It's all baked into a crushed almond/vanilla wafer crust, and then the entire cake is completely covered with a semi-sweet chocolate glaze. Pricey? Yes. Rich-tasting and amazing? Absolutely!

"Pigs in a Hot Tub" Cheesecake

PREMIUM (9" cheesecake): This was a cake recipe that went viral over the Internet, but we put our own spin on it and turned it into a CHEESEcake! A 32oz Giordano's NY Cheesecake has a wall of Kit Kats built around it to make the "tub", then it's topped with melted Hershey's Chocolate for the "mud." It's completed with fondant pig figures and diving pig butts! Just a fun cheesecake, and it weighs a TON. Must be all the pigs! NOTE: We can also use white chocolate tinted blue for the "water"...just let us know!

Triple Layer Strawberry Shortcake Cheesecake

PREMIUM (9" cheesecake): This one's so in-depth that it takes two days to make it! All of the components are made fresh: 2 layers of shortcake, 1 layer of strawberry puree-infused cream cheese filling in the middle, layers of fresh-cut strawberries in between, and topped with our own cream frosting. It's then garnished with even more strawberries! This cheesecake more than 5 inches tall, and loaded with layers of strawberry goodness!
